Window World did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them! From the no -pressure in-home sales appointment to the final installation, Window World was top rate. Don’t let their low price fool you, we couldn’t be happier with our new windows! The installers were courteous, professional, on time, and quick! So glad our friends recommended them to us, and we want to do the same.

Brian and Shane just finished installing a bay window for my kitchen. They were on time, professional, and did a great job cleaning up the area before leaving. Brian made sure I knew where to look for my warranty information in case of any issues later. Great team!

Overall I'm very happy with the windows. Joe and his installation team were very professional and friendly. The staff in the office always responds very quickly to questions. It took a couple months from order to delivery. The windows are working well and look great. One thing I wish I had known before purchasing is that when you replace your windows you lose some of the glass space. This is because they put the new window inside the frame of the old window. We lost a couple inches of glass on each window. Just something to be aware of that I wish they told us up front.

The door is beautiful and the installers were efficient and neat cleaning everything up when finished. I do have one request and that would be to get a receipt showing it’s paid in full. Thank you for a job well done. Patricia Lesniewski
