My installers, Joe, Sonny, Larry, and Jeff, were great. Sixteen windows and a sliding door installed in about 8 hours. The salesman was good. The one ding I give the company is that even though the salesman told me we would be losing some of the depth of the windows, he did not mention that I would lose the ability to put my shades back up. If I had known that, I would have been prepared with curtains after installation. The shades were on the windows as he walked around the house and he mentioned that they needed to be removed before installation, so it would have been a useful observation that they might not be able to be reinstalled after the fact.

The installer’s arrived when they said they would, they removed and replaced nine windows, removed and replaced the aluminum exterior trim wrap, removed all old caulking and recaulked with new appropriate exterior and interior caulking! They took away all the old windows, associated removal and installation debris! This job was completed in approximately 41/2 hours! Great Job!
