I LOVE WINDOW WORLD!! I had two quotes prior to my quote from WW. They were astronomical in comparison. Stephen, our sales person was extremely professional and they do not “push” a sale. They don’t need to because they have the best product and warranty. Everything the other companies charge extra for comes standard with WW at 1/2 the cost. Plus WW warranty and quality is amazing. Windows arrived early and installation was done very quickly without any mess. Joe, our lead installer was great also. I can’t recommend WW highly enough. We will be back for doors soon!!!

Excellent service and very professional. The estimate was very straight forward and they quoted prices for what we asked for. There was not any up selling tactics involved, which we appreciated. The windows were ordered and came in during the time frame given. The installation was done within a couple of hours. They arrived within the 2 hour time given and they called 10 minutes before their arrival so you weren’t left hanging all day. The windows look great! We had three different companies give estimates and Window World of Fredericksburg by far had the best pricing and service. I have heard great things about them as a company from other neighbors. Very satisfied with this company.

I just had all my windows replaced in my home as well as a sliding glass door. The installers were very respectful, addressed all my concerns, and took time to answer all my questions. When they were done they did a final walk through with me and addressed any imperfections they could find. We were also trained on how the windows work.
