Called WW to let them know and it’s going to replaced at no cost(really easy, gave them serial numbers on window). I would like to say that our expectations of widow world in Fredericksburg has been more than we expected. From the time they came out and measured our widows thru the installation it was such a pleasure working with them. That lead to having them come back and do our two entry doors. I must say the doors look great and made the house look so much better. They where very pleasant to work with. They cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend window world to everyone I know. I can not recommend this company enough. 13 years ago we replaced all the windows with this brand. To this day they are still like new. When my rear patio door rotted out I immediately called window world to replace it. It was installed last week and is just an awesome door. The price was in line with what I expected to pay and installation was quick, professional and everything is perfect. The door feels durable and is well made. I’m happy I went with window world you will be too.
