Windows were measured correctly unlike my last windows from another company these didn't have excessive gap around the outside of the window; just enough for proper expansion as expected. He educated me on what I needed and didn't try to over sell me. The install team was absolutely amazing too! They were extremely cautious of my property, they cleaned up as they went, and they were all willing to answer the hundreds of questions I had as they installed, which was an incredibly quick process.
