From the salesman to the installation crew we were treated with courtesy and good spirits. The crew was fast, thorough and very pleasant. Unlike the last window company we used they actually cleaned up after themselves both inside and out. They will be our go to if we ever need windows again!

We were in need of new windows and met with Eddie. We had received quotes from others for $2000 per windows making our project well over $19,000. We were just about to give up when we met with Eddie of Window World out of Fredericksburg. I am so glad we did not stop a the quotes we had gotten. Window World is by far a more affordable option. My installers, Joe, Sonny, Larry, and Jeff, were great. Sixteen windows and a sliding door installed in about 8 hours. The salesman was good. The one ding I give the company is that even though the salesman told me we would be losing some of the depth of the windows, he did not mention that I would lose the ability to put my shades back up. If I had known that, I would have been prepared with curtains after installation. The shades were on the windows as he walked around the house and he mentioned that they needed to be removed before installation, so it would have been a useful observation that they might not be able to be reinstalled after the fact.

The installer’s arrived when they said they would, they removed and replaced nine windows, removed and replaced the aluminum exterior trim wrap, removed all old caulking and recaulked with new appropriate exterior and interior caulking! They took away all the old windows, associated removal and installation debris! This job was completed in approximately 41/2 hours! Great Job!

This company is awesome. I love the price. I love the way everything looked after they completed the job. This made my house look like a new house and my house is 21 years old a big shout out to the installers.
