The process was great. We worked with Steven at first and he was there to answer all my questions even the day before we got the windows installed. He was very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. the installers who came out on time and were done very quickly. They cleaned up everything and I was surprised by just how fast it was done.

The crew from Window World is very efficient, neat, and capable. They did a splendid job of installing three windows on a very cold morning with six inches of snow on the ground. They took special care to keep the house and room clean and warm while working.
The windows are strong, sturdy, easy to clean, and will keep the room much warmer. The trim matches the house nicely. They keep the price of all this at a reasonable level.

I can’t say enough about their customer service, the sales person who came by to give us a quote, and the amazing installation team father and son duo. The entire process was awesome! Came. on time. Respectful, quick, courteous and did a great job! The did my big windows a couple months ago. Cleaned everything up and left without a trace. Love my new windows! They are amazing and what a difference! I didn’t realize how drafty the old ones were until I got the new ones!!
I had the come back and do all the other windows! What a difference! Now the sun light comes in nice and bright but not the heat!
