Window World installed six windows for us earlier this week. I will start by saying they look GREAT, and the single picture window that Steven (Sales Rep) suggested to replace three smaller windows adds additional light to the room. Much appreciated.
Brian, the Tech Lead, arrived with Shane, the assistant Tech, a few minutes early (loved that!) — and they got right to work. They started with measuring to verify our window sizes with their spec sheet. Then the real work began.
Brian took time to answer a few questions during removal of the old windows and installation of the new ones. They worked nonstop and completed the job in the time specified. Both men were professional and personable.
Brian detailed and demonstrated each feature of the new windows, making sure I understood how to operate them. He and Shane collected and removed all debris from the site. Thank you.

Joe has done an amazing job!!! Courteous, knowledgeable, professional. Our old back door became misaligned related to years of house settling, moisture. Joe and his partner completely removed the door, frame, trim and threshold, cleaned and vacuumed old debris. The trim was wrapped to provide extra protection against moisture. We are so happy with how everything went with window world from the first call to the meeting with the sales representative to installation. Everything was smooth. The team who came to the house was very pleasant, courteous, and efficient. They finished our entire house with 18 windows and only about six hours - it was incredible. Also, the price for the windows was $30,000 less than what another company had quoted us so be sure to do your research. We also had our windows installed two months earlier than what the sales representative estimated as when the windows would be ready so we were very pleased about that. Thank you, Joe, Larry and the team at window world for all of your hard work!

The quality of windows and doors are superb. The installation was so professional. They were on time, did quality work and even went above and beyond to make sure the issues we faced were fixed properly. I would recommend WW to anyone who is replacing windows and doors.
